In celebration of Great British Rosé Week I’ve got a delicious pairing that is super quick to make and looks gorgeous too. This is a strawberry, burrata and basil salad.
After dicing and plating the strawberries and basil, get in there and break up that burrata, drizzle with lots of with olive oil, sprinkle black pepper and add little balsamic glaze. It’s a dish that’s so creamy, vibrant and indulgent but still tastes fresh too and it’s perfect with a crisp, berry-fruited rosé.
