Food pairings are my favourite aspect of the world of wine. The way I’ve always loved to enjoy wine is in the context of food, hosting – love bringing the two together around the table. For me, the key to pairing is sensory enjoyment and not being overly fussy about strict rules – although, I think, the right matches can really elevate a meal. Whether it’s pairing wines with casual snacks or more elevated fare, my approach is to have fun, experiment, and discover tasty combinations.
